                在实际使用过程中,有错误的认识:柴油发电机的冷却液温度越低越好。其实,我们对柴油机冷却液温度的使用有明确的要≡求的。有些操作员喜欢将冷却液温度调节得很低。有的接近冷却◤液温度下限,有的低于冷却液温度下限。他们认为,如果冷却液温度】低,水泵就不会出现气穴,冷却液就不会□ 中断,而且在使用●中有安全系数。实际上,只□要冷却液温度不超过95℃,不会出现气穴,冷∮却液也不会中断卐。反之,如果冷却液温度过低▓,对柴油机的危害很大。

In fact, as long as the coolant temperature does not exceed 95°C, no air pockets will appear and the coolant will not be interrupted. On the contrary, if the coolant temperature is too low, it will be very harmful to the engine.


                As the viscosity of the oil in the lubrication system increases, the running resistance of the parts increases,resulting in poor lubrication and increased wear between parts. For example, when the coolant temperature is 30°C, compared with the coolant temperature of 80 to 90°C, the wear of the cylinder liner, piston and piston ring will increase about 5 times.


                Low coolant temperature?could?worse?the ?combustion conditions in diesel engine cylinders, poor fuel atomization, prolonged afterburn period?andrough diesel engine operation.Which will increase the damage of curved bearings, piston rings and other parts, reducing power and economy.


                The burned water vapor is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion.


                Unburned diesel will dilute the oil and cause poor lubrication.


                Incomplete combustion of fuel will form gums, which will cause the piston ring to get stuck in the piston ring groove, and the valve will get stuck.When the compression ends, the pressure in the cylinder will decrease.
